Just thought I'd share something I made the other day.  I'm sure I could improve on it, but it was my first go and they turned out not that bad.  I didn't measure the ingredients, but I know I had more pear pulp than apple pulp, the rest is just twigging it to your taste.

Ingredients:

Pear pulp
apple pulp
raisins
honey
flaxseeds (whole)
vanilla

Mix together.  Put spoonfuls on a teflex sheet in the dehydrator and dehydrate overnight.....and, wah-lah, chewy bikkies.

I found them to be nicer a day after I took them out of the dehydrator.....don't know why though!!!!

Next time I thought I'd mix in some crushed nuts perhaps.

I juice a lot, and I was looking at all the pulp go to waste, so I thought I'd experiment.  So hopefully if anyone out there juices a lot, this could be an idea for you.

Next time I'll try some savoury "patties" with the carrot and celery pulp......wish me luck!!! LOL

Luv and God bless

Good luck!  Wink
That sounds great! Would love to see pics of your creations!

I've just changed the settings to allow direct upload of pics to this site to make it easy for some people who don't already have a free image host account like flickr or photobucket (...I prefer people to link their images to a host site to save web space sHa_tongue)
