this is not really a recipe but I just wanted to share how in love I am with frozen dates, they are like raw candy!
I get the fresh dates and slice down the side to remove the seed,
then close up the date and stick in a glass jar in the freezer,
they are the best thing out, if you haven't tried them before you wont believe how good they are Smiley
they are great for a little snack when you feel like grazing but don't really want to make anything
