Rawfood's ReturnTechnically, rawfoods are foods in which is ingredients are not cooked or heated above 46°C/ 115°F. In view of virtually all other species in the world that eat their foods without aid of frying, baking, or boiling, the rawfood diet is a very natural and normal way of eating one's food.
Most people on a rawfood diet focus on eating fresh fruits and vegetables but there are many variations to the kinds of foods that rawfoodists include or exclude eating. Along with different conditions, ratios and proportions in which rawfoodists choose to eat their foods (it's complicated), this has resulted in many different 'styles' or 'cultures' of rawfood diet among people.
